PROPERTY ACQUISITION::
The site acquisition process involves performing a physical search of the client-approved areas to identify viable options which meet the clients’ development objectives and physical inspection to determine site accessibility, general topography, the drainage situation, position of services and general suitability for development and leasing requirements. ESP Limited is able to obtain boundary confirmation, topographic maps, and duplicate title documents and conduct property searches. Based on the information obtained, Espace Projects Limited undertakes negotiating leases/sale agreements. Once the terms have been agreed on, ESP Limited performs a review of the agreements and obtains the vendors/ landlord’s signature on these agreements. In additions Espace Projects Limited gets clearance permissions from the district physical planners to construct sites and also from the Military, NFA, NEMA and CAA. ESP Limited covers all aspects of site acquisition including but not limited to:
• Location survey
• Site drawings and plans
• Submission of Environmental report to NEMA
• Obtaining of clearance from Military, NFA and CAA
